CAN-SPAM Act Compliance Policy

SuperTek Media is an email marketing and B2B lead generation company. Email is core to our business. We take our compliance obligations seriously and strictly adhere to the CAN-SPAM Act, CASL (Canada), and GDPR email requirements.
1. Our CAN-SPAM Commitments
For all commercial email messages we send — whether on our own behalf or on behalf of our clients — we comply with all CAN-SPAM Act requirements:
- Accurate “From” information: The “From,” “To,” “Reply-To,” and routing information in our emails accurately identify the person or business sending the message
- Honest subject lines: Subject lines are not deceptive and accurately reflect the content of the email
- Clear identification as advertisement: Where required, emails are clearly identified as advertising or promotional communications
- Physical postal address: All commercial emails include our valid physical postal address: Office 107B, Space 31s, Pisoli, Pune-411048, Maharashtra, India
- Opt-out mechanism: Every marketing email includes a clear, conspicuous, and functional unsubscribe link
- Prompt opt-out processing: Unsubscribe requests are processed within 10 business days — we typically process them within 24 hours
- No third-party selling of unsubscribed addresses: Once someone opts out, their address is not sold, transferred, or used by us or any other party for email marketing
2. Types of Emails We Send
Transactional / Relationship Emails
These emails are sent to facilitate a transaction or relationship that the recipient has agreed to. Examples include:
- Responses to enquiries submitted through our contact forms
- Service delivery communications (campaign reports, data files, invoices)
- Account management and support communications
Transactional emails are exempt from many CAN-SPAM requirements but we apply best practices to all our emails.
Commercial / Marketing Emails
These are emails whose primary purpose is to advertise or promote our services or our clients’ services. All commercial emails sent by SuperTek Media:
- Contain a clear and conspicuous unsubscribe link
- Include our physical mailing address
- Have accurate sender identification
- Are sent only to contacts who have provided consent or who we have a legitimate business relationship with under B2B email marketing rules
3. B2B Email Outreach Standards
For B2B lead generation campaigns (which may be exempt from certain CAN-SPAM provisions as business-to-business communications), SuperTek Media applies the following standards:
- All prospect email addresses are sourced from GDPR-compliant, opted-in databases
- Every outreach email includes an opt-out/unsubscribe option
- Unsubscribe requests are honoured immediately and propagated across all active campaigns
- We maintain global suppression lists to prevent re-contacting opted-out individuals
- All email copy is accurate, non-deceptive, and clearly identifies the sender
- We do not use harvested email addresses, dictionary attacks, or automated address-generation techniques
4. CASL Compliance (Canada)
For recipients in Canada, we additionally comply with the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL):
- We obtain express or implied consent before sending commercial electronic messages to Canadian recipients
- All emails identify the sender and include contact information
- All emails include an unsubscribe mechanism that is functional for at least 60 days after the message is sent
5. How to Unsubscribe
To unsubscribe from any SuperTek Media email communication:
1. Click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email we have sent you
2. Email us at info@supertekmedia.com with subject: “Unsubscribe” and your email address
We will process your request within 24 hours (no later than 10 business days as required by law).

Clients who use SuperTek Media’s email marketing services are contractually required to:
- Ensure they hold appropriate consent for all contacts included in their campaigns
- Promptly notify us of any opt-out requests received directly
- Comply with all applicable email marketing laws in their target geographies
SuperTek Media reserves the right to terminate services immediately if a client is found to be in violation of email marketing laws.
