We will verify your identity before processing your request. You may designate an authorised agent to submit requests on your behalf — the agent must provide written permission signed by you.

We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days. We may extend this period by an additional 45 days where necessary, with prior notice.

We retain personal information for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this notice and our Privacy Policy. California residents may request information about our specific retention periods by contacting us.

7. Shine the Light

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (“Shine the Light”) permits California residents to request information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. As stated above, we do not sell or share personal information for direct marketing purposes without explicit consent.

8. Financial Incentives

SuperTek Media does not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information, and we do not discriminate against consumers who exercise their CCPA rights.
